Medicare Planning Requires More Than Enrollment

Medicare is not simply selecting a plan. It is a coordinated decision involving your personal needs regarding:

  • Primary care physicians and specialists

  • Prescription drug formularies and pharmacy networks

  • Dental and vison benefits

  • Employer health insurance coordination

  • Enrollment timelines and lifetime penalty rules

  • Income-related premium adjustments (IRMAA)

  • Long-term healthcare cost exposure

A misstep can result in delayed coverage, permanent penalties, restricted physician access, or unnecessary premium expenses. - Structured evaluation is essential before making enrollment decisions

Certified. Independent. Client-Focused.

Our independence allows us to research and compare multiple CMS-approved carriers. Recommendations are based on your service area, physicians, prescriptions, financial objectives and individual needs. — not a single insurance company’s product line.

Our responsibility is to the eligible member — not to one carrier.

Frequently Asked Medicare Planning Quest

Cordinating Medicare With Social Security - PHOTO I dreamstime_m_415994393.jpg

Coordinating Medicare with Social Security

Enrollment in Medicare Part A and Part B is a process required through the Social Security Administration. - For many qualifying individuals, Medicare Part A is premium-free benefit, based on payroll deductions they have paid into the Medicare system through payroll taxes during their working years.

After reviewing your eligibility and timing, you may enroll by scheduling an appointment with your local Social Security office or by applying directly online at ssa.gov.

Our role is to help determine when enrollment in Medicare Part and Medicare Part B, should occur so that your Medicare coverage aligns properly with your initial enrollment period in avoidance of potential lifetime late enrollment penalties.
